Leadership Formation

Many organizations provide educational and consultative services for not-for-profit organizations, but few ground their work in a fundamental understanding of service to others as a response to God's call. CHHSM offers members a variety of experiences and a range of expertise rooted in our common identity as ministries of the church of Jesus Christ.

Under the coordination of Director of Leadership Formation Daniel Pryfogle, CHHSM provides programs for individual leaders and custom-designed consultation for organizations. The goal in all of this work is to cultivate integrated leadership - leadership that clearly connects professional excellence with faith-based purpose.

CHHSM pursues this goal in two ways:

Educational Programming

CHHSM helps members address organizational challenges and opportunities through custom-designed consultation.
