Uplands Village Calls Noah Moore as President and CEO
The board of directors of Uplands Village in Pleasant Hill, Tenn., announced Dec. 2, 2025, that Noah Moore has been called as Uplands’ next president and CEO. He begins his tenure Dec. 9.
“I am thrilled at this opportunity to work alongside the dedicated staff team, the board of directors, the Uplands members and residents, and our partners,” said Moore. “Please know that I am here to listen and learn so that we may collaboratively co-create a beautiful, competitive, and sustainable community to take us through our next 100 years.”
The Search Committee received more than 100 submissions for the position. “I am thankful for the work of the Search Committee in finding Noah; for Cathy Taylor, interim president/CEO, Uplands leadership and staff team in their dedication to those we serve; to our members and residents in staying the course during this time of transition; and to all our partners and stakeholders as we enter into a new era for Uplands Village,” said Debra Graham, Uplands Village board chair.
Moore comes to Uplands with two decades of senior living operations experience, most recently at Lionstone Care Management as regional director of operations, where he was responsible for a portfolio of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in central Ohio. He also served for nine years as executive director of First Community Village, a not-for-profit life plan community in Columbus, Ohio and, later, as executive director for Trilogy Health Services in Hilliard, Ohio. There, he supported the construction and opening of a new, full continuum of care campus.
“Mr. Moore will bring a new way of looking at the services we provide and will elevate the standards of care to make living at Uplands Village even more excellent than it already is,” said Mike Readinger, search committee chair. “Thanks to the search committee and the board of directors for all of their hard work and support in the last few months.”
Moore earned a bachelor’s degree in gerontology and long-term healthcare administration from Bowling Green (Ohio) State University. He also earned a master’s degree in business administration from Ohio Dominican University in Columbus.
“My education, experience and passion for serving older adults has led me to Uplands Village, and I can hardly wait to explore the opportunities that are ahead of us in the years to come,” Moore said.
Noah Moore and his wife, Mary, share two sons, Andrew (18) and Noah (9). Andrew studies business as a freshman at the University of Dayton. Noah is in the third grade and shares a love of sports with his dad and brother. They have two dogs – George, a maltipoo, and their newly-adopted goldendoodle, Blue.
