Nollau To You

Nollau To You covers key components of servant leadership in a didactic style with many opportunities for dialogue, small group conversations and reflective writing.

CHHSM’s Nollau To You program brings the very basics of servant leader development directly to our member ministries.

While the Nollau Leadership Institute remains CHHSM’s signature leadership development program, Nollau To You provides our members with an opportunity to engage their employees in a discussion about the key components of servant leadership. Jamar Doyle, CHHSM President and CEO; Elyse Berry, CHHSM Associate for Advocacy and Leadership Development; and the CHHSM staff team serve as faculty for the program.

The topics covered include

  • a model of servant leadership,
  • an overview of appreciative inquiry and gracious space,
  • organizational lifecycles and change management theories,
  • developing a learning culture, and
  • integrating organizational core values in every aspect of the ministry.

Nollau To You covers these topics in a didactic style with many opportunities for dialogue, small group conversations and reflective writing.

In addition, a case study is presented with plenty of time for small groups to discuss creative solutions, using new knowledge and ideas. The primary objective for the day is to introduce attendees to the concept and tools of Servant Leadership and to encouraging them to consider ways of incorporating these ideas in their day-to-day work.

The day begins at 9 a.m. and concludes by 5 p.m. For more information, review an example Nollau To You schedule.

Hosting organizations are required to pay for a continental breakfast as well as lunch for attendees. There is no facilitation cost; however, faculty travel and housing must be negotiated with CHHSM.

If you are interested in offering Nollau To You at your ministry, please contact CHHSM.
