Archway Communities Acquires Lawn Service Company to Serve its Locations

Archway Communities, Inc., based in Lakewood, Colo., has purchased Mike’s Custom Lawn Care, Inc. of Arvada, Colo. Archway intends to rebrand this new acquisition as Archway Facilities Management, a new division of the Archway Communities portfolio, developed to support its statewide growth and its existing 10 properties and 1,500+ residents by providing landscaping and property maintenance.

While the sale terms were not disclosed, it was announced that all members of Mike’s are scheduled to become part of Archway Communities team and be part of the organization’s continued growth. Mike’s is a family-owned business operating out of Arvada for the past 20 years, founded and led by Michael Stout.

“The purchase of Mike’s Custom Lawn Care gives Archway a competitive advantage in the management of our properties, thereby enabling Archway to better serve its resident base,” said Mark Holmes, director of property operations at Archway. “Archway intends to grow this division of the company to provide services to other businesses and housing providers in the Denver metropolitan area.”
