CHHSM Board Begins Search for Next President and CEO

Following the announcement by Michael J. Readinger, president and CEO of CHHSM, that he will retire in April 2022, the CHHSM Board has posted the position description for his successor. The closing date for applicants is Sept. 24.

The CHHSM Board, in conjunction with the Equius Group, spent the past several months working on the new position description. “As part of CHHSM’s commitment to RDEI, the goal is to ensure that we are reaching a broad audience with the posting to generate a diverse — specifically racially diverse — applicant pool,” said Alicia A. Love, project director and consultant for the Equius Group.

CHHSM will miss Mike’s leadership and wisdom, but is excited at the possibilities that lie ahead for the future.

“The CHHSM Board has given much thought to seeking the right leaders as we head toward 2030,” said Abby Drane, CHHSM Board Chair and president and CEO of Bellewood and Brooklawn/Seven Counties Services. “With your prayers, our passion, and God’s presence, I’m sure we will find the next great president and CEO for CHHSM.”
