EHM Senior Solutions’ Dottie Crim Adult Day and Education Center Reopens

The Dottie Crim Adult Day and Education Center in Saline, Mich., which temporary closed in 2020 because of the Covid-19 pandemic, is ready to welcome back program participants. Housed in the Memory Support Center at EHM Senior Solutions’ Brecon Village, the Adult Day Center provides a secure environment with specially trained staff to offer daily recreation, social support, and individually based activities for older adults with memory loss. The center reopened Jan. 24.

“We are excited to welcome our member friends back to the Adult Day Center,” said Julia Wellings, chief operating officer of EHM Senior Solutions. “The center plays a vital role in the lives of our members and their families, and we know that the pandemic has been a huge disruption for them. Today is like a homecoming.”

The Dottie Crim Adult Day and Education Center originally opened in 2009. Often used as a respite for family members caring for older adults who cannot be left alone, our members engage in meaningful experiences that promote self-esteem and dignity in a safe and comfortable residential setting. The center operates five days a week, Monday through Friday.
