Embrace Living Communities Launches New Property Services to Support Other Affordable Housing Providers

Embrace Living Communities, based in Oak Brook, Ill., has expanded to further recognize their leadership and growth in property management services. Called Embrace Living Property Solutions, it is encapsulated by three core services: management, consulting and social service coordination. These services will provide clear opportunities for affordable housing owners to operate their properties at the highest standards, meeting administrative and capital management needs and advancing resources that promote resident wellness.

Embrace Living Communities has owned and managed large communities for over 125 years. The organization is faith-based and serves with a mission focus. Currently, Embrace Living manages 30 properties that serve more than 2,500 seniors and people with disabilities in Illinois, Florida and Missouri. Most properties are HUD 811, HUD 202, PRAC 202 and Section 8 funded.

The team prioritizes its relationships in the greater communities they serve as well. Government, local nonprofits and business leaders are engaged often, and they help Embrace Living to better understand the culture and opportunities for impact in surrounding areas.

In 2021, Embrace Living Communities was awarded A Great Place to Work in senior affordable housing in the United States, largely influenced by high team member satisfaction. The average tenure at Embrace Living is 10 years, and its experienced leaders and community staff have shaped the new services under Property Solutions.
