Executive Director/NHA: Ephrata Manor, UCC Homes

Ephrata (Pa.) Manor, a faith-based community with a commitment to exceptional resident care is currently accepting applications for an Executive Director/NHA for a full-time exempt position. Ephrata Manor is part of the UCC Homes family of communities.

The Executive Director oversees, facilitates, and directs the operations of the long-term care community in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

A valid PA Nursing Home Administrator’s License and three years of experience are required. The candidate must have the ability to promote effective working relationships, ensure quality and compassionate resident care, and work within the financial framework and overall objectives established by United Church of Christ Homes.
