Hoyleton Hires Nafziger as Director of Marketing and Communications
Hoyleton Youth & Family Services in Fairview Heights, Ill., announced Nov. 16 the hiring of Andrea Nafziger as director of marketing and communications. Nafziger, who will oversee all of Hoyleton’s marketing, advertising and communications, brings years of experience working at marketing agencies across St. Louis as well as in media, advising a diverse set of clients and learning about the unique marketing needs of different industries.
Originally from Edwardsville, Ill., Nafziger graduated from SIU Carbondale with a degree in speech communications and public relations. She began her career in retail, and then as a media buyer at an advertising agency, before transitioning to Schnuck Markets, Inc. in St. Louis, working in its advertising department. At Schnuck, Nafziger oversaw media buys for a variety of clients across a number of industries.
Prior to joining Hoyleton, Nafziger was an account executive at KPLR-TV 11 in St. Louis, working with agency accounts and local businesses to advise them on marketing strategies to achieve sales goals.
“We are excited to have Andrea join the Hoyleton team and share in our mission of enabling all people,” said Chris Cox, Hoyleton’s president and CEO. “With her direction, we look to further expand our voice as one of Southern Illinois’ leaders in providing emotional and mental health services for every stage of youth and family development.”
Nafziger said she is looking forward to working with the rest of the Hoyleton team. “I knew this was the right place for me after meeting with leadership and the board of directors, all of whom have a deep commitment to their mission and values,” said Nafziger. “I look forward to bringing a fresh perspective to their unique challenges and making an impact in the communities we all call home.”
