July 14 Webinar to Focus on Restarting, Renewing Programming for Older Adults
The newest in the series of CHHSM’s vetted free webinars takes place Wednesday, July 14, at 1 p.m. The one-hour webinar, called “Don’t restart until you reset: Thinking differently about engagement,” examines how older adult communities can rethink engagement programming — post-pandemic —to meet the new needs of their residents.
Participants who attend the entire hour can earn 1 CE. Learn more and register online.
The webinar features a presentation by Bob Kramer, founder and fellow of Nexus Insights and co-founder and strategic adviser of the National Investment Center; Sara Kyle, founder of LE3 Solutions, which helps communities re-imagine engagement, health, and well-being; and a representative from CPS vendor Sentrics, which offers a comprehensive suite of data-driven platforms that provide the insights and control to transform care from reactive to predictive.
“This webinar will offer an opportunity for attendees to gain new perspectives and tools for maximizing the programs for their older adult residents,” said Michael J. Readinger, president and CEO of CHHSM. “Especially with the opportunity to earn 1 CE, the webinar is a win-win for CHHSM’s older adult communities.”
Attendees of this webinar will:
- Discover the three reasons that the engagement programming on which you’ve relied no longer will work
- Learn the five steps for creating a roadmap to build a more sophisticated and effective resident journey experience
- Explore the variety of measurements you can use to determine whether your new strategy is working
- Create a compelling message to help you sell your leaders, residents and families on a new engagement model
The webinar is sponsored by McKnight Senior Living, a national media brand providing news, perspective and analysis for owners, operators and other leaders of seniors housing, independent living, assisted living, memory care and continuing care retirement/life plan communities. It is being offered by CHHSM and CPS, the group purchasing agent of the CHHSM Store.
