Nollau Institute Opens Registration
If you are curious about a different way of leading, CHHSM invites you to consider the Nollau Institute – a yearlong process of formation. Through retreats, site visits, online dialogue and peer mentoring, the program helps participants explore their vocation as leaders with the support of a community of practice.
Named after Louis Edward Nollau, a 19th century missionary, preacher and founder of several St. Louis-area CHHSM ministries, the Institute emphasizes the kind of integrated leadership that its namesake modeled – professional excellence rooted in faith-based purpose. Learn more about the Institute’s three major themes here.
The Institute builds upon CHHSM’s nearly 20 years of formal leadership training that began with the Transformational Leadership Program and continued with the ecumenical Faith-Based Leadership Institute. Led by a core team of four faculty members, the Nollau Institute draws upon the best in adult education and leadership training, grounded in a fundamental appreciation of faith heritage and spiritual formation. Learn more about the faculty here.
The Institute is now accepting applications for its 2016-2017 class. For more information and to apply click here.
