United Church of Christ Homes, Inc (UCC Homes) is a Pennsylvania corporation that owns and operates Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) in South-central Pennsylvania on six campuses.
United Church of Christ Homes, Inc. is seeking a President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company in meeting the needs of our residents. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for the overall performance of UCC Homes and for developing and executing its strategic vision within the budgetary and operational guidelines.
The CEO is a talented, values-focused facilitator on UCC Homes Executive Leadership Team entrusted with carrying out the organization’s mission and vision in a collaborative setting. Providing oversight of strategic planning and implementation, operations and governance, the CEO has overall responsibility for the organization’s financial performance, occupancy, human resources, regulatory, and corporate compliance, public policy, community relations, and philanthropy.
Serving as UCC Homes liaison to the external community and industry through active engagement and outreach in professional-related associations, the CEO will also be an innovative, creative thinker with a deep commitment to the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
The successful candidate will have an advanced degree in healthcare administration or related discipline is preferred; ten-to-fifteen years of progressive administration experience in CCRC, LTC, or related healthcare field, preferably with administrative experience in senior services; must possess strong administrative, organizational leadership, financial, interpersonal, and written communication skills; a proven record of success in mission-driven organizations.
